If you need to capture a screen shot of an Access form, you might have tried the Windows hot key Alt-PrintScreen. When you use this hot key to capture an Access screen, you get a screen shot of the entire Access app, which might not be what you want. However, there's a way to capture just the form itself. Switch to Design view, and set the form's Popup property to Yes, then switch back to Form view. A popup form floats free of the Access window and is considered a separate window by Windows. Now, when you capture a screen shot with Alt-PrintScreen, you'll get just the form, and you can open Word or some other app and paste the screen shot with Ctrl-V.
