Tip: Identifying Reports

A good thing to do when creating a report that’s based on a parameter query is to echo that parameter’s value on the report. If you have a parameter called [Enter a month to process] in your query, that parameter defines a field in your query. You can add a text box to your report whose control property is set to "[Enter a month to process]." You can include this field in your report title so that your users will know which month’s data is being displayed in the report.
